THE MISSION
FAITH FIRST® is a new, urban-based multi-generational spiritual initiative, designed to help believers of all ages focus on nurturing, strengthening and maintaining a spiritual life, in the midst of uncertainty, community confusion and societal decline.
We must have FAITH FIRST® to Live, Survive and Thrive!
We must put FAITH FIRST® in everything that we ask GOD for in hope,
in everything we think and in all that we do - - each and every day!
FAITH FIRST® will humbly seek to help people develop the skills necessary to cope in today’s steadily-increasing, ever-changing environment, especially when it comes to having and practicing a FAITH FIRST® life.
Life is full of Chaos and Pain, but because of Jesus Christ,
there is an abundance of Joy, Excitement, Grace, Mercy, Justice, Forgiveness, but most of all, LOVE!
However, when we FOCUS our mind and RELEASE FEAR, it becomes easier to put FAITH FIRST®!
FAITH FIRST® represents a radical paradigm shift in Prophetic Teaching, Sharing and Preaching the all that is Jesus Christ!

We approach teaching as a conversation, not as a lecture, learning and teaching from one another. As the world evolves, we must evolve how we TEACH to maximize the REACH of Jesus Christ..

LIBERATION
FAITH FIRST® provides thoroughly researched and spirit filled sermons that are liberationist, theological, and inclusive sermons for all occasions, themes, and events.
Previous sermons have included: “Jim is Still Crowing”, “You Are Not Your Yesterday”, “Black to the Future”, “Believe the Hype”, and many others…
Jesus is the ultimate liberator. It is the philosophy of FAITH FIRST® that we must Liberate ourselves from our self-inflicted prisons as well as destroy the shackles that life places on us. As Jesus said, "It is your FAITH that has healed you."

YOUTH MINISTRY
At FAITH FIRST®, we teach how Jesus is in the lives of youth right now, today, in the bad and the good moments. Jesus is not some far away figure, but, with our youth, in the classroom, on the bus, on the way home, when they are with their friends. Jesus never leaves them. We use contemporary methods to encourage an on-going relationship with Jesus and inspire a curiosity about what this FAITH FIRST® thing is all about.
