My ministry is teaching.

God put me on this planet to teach, to take the complex and reverse engineer it so that others may learn. That is my gift. I am thankful for that.

Why do leaders need teaching?

Leaders are often so consumed with leading that they have little bandwidth to learn and master new technologies, strategies, tools, and regulatory changes. Add to that the multilayered nuances of today’s social issues and all of the resulting impacts.

How can Leaders keep up? Even if talent is hired, how do Leaders know how to hire the best consultants, staff, teams and collaborators for their organization?

That is where the Faith First Project comes in. Rev. Damon O. Smith is adept in assessing and assisting leaders, resepcting their traditions and legacies while preparing them for the future achievements they seek.
